Wet Mix Immersion Separator. Designed for use with water (oil-free). It collects combustible dust in a liquid tank and inertizes it. Static electricity dissipative and conductive. Meets the requirements for liquid sediment collectors for metal dust as outlined in NFPA 484. Combined filter element (CFE) for moisture removal. HEPA grade. 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns in pneumatic (air-operated) applications. Capable of continuous operation without overheating or wear. Stainless steel recovery tank type 304. Recovery capacity - the recovery tank requires 3.25 gallons (12.3L) of water. The conductive "wet" recovery bag has a capacity of 3L (0.8 gallons). A degassing vent allows for automatic gas discharge from the unit. Equipped with a liquid level gauge. A complete static electricity dissipation toolkit is included. Low noise level - only 68 dB(A). A pressure regulator is included. The pressure regulator is adjustable between 0 psi (0 bar) and 150 psi. (10 bar). Factory set at 80 psi (5.5 bar) for optimal performance and noise level.
