[Case Study of Radio Equipment Introduction] Ski Resort Operations *Digitalization and Expansion of Communication Areas
JVC Kenwood / KENWOOD
Not by humans, but by machines relaying! A case covering distances that cannot be reached by regular radio.
We would like to introduce a case study of the wireless devices handled by our company, implemented by operators in the ski resort management industry. They faced challenges with the desire to digitize their wireless communication and the issue that their analog radios had too wide of a coverage area, resulting in communication not reaching certain locations. To address this, they introduced the "TCM-D244," a wireless base station with relay functionality. This successfully reduced the number of personnel needed for relaying in areas where communication was previously impossible, and by switching to digital-compatible radios, communication became clearer. 【Case Overview】 ■ Industry: Ski Resort Management ■ Manufacturer: JVC Kenwood Corporation ■ Model Introduced: Vehicle-mounted Digital Simple Business Radio "TCM-D244" ■ Number of Units Introduced: 30 units *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
