[Example] Improved inventions that are not patentable, resulting in the acquisition of 5 patents.
A workshop to generate new inventions was held! Six inventions were filed, and five of them became patents.
We would like to introduce a case of support provided by our "Ideation TRIZ" to a mechanical parts manufacturer. Regarding a component of our main product, the automotive engine, we attempted to invent a new structure to improve its performance and file a patent. However, it was discovered that the same invention had already been patented in Japan by a German manufacturer. We considered giving up on the patent application, but at the suggestion of our consultant, we held a workshop to generate new inventions addressing the problem that the original invention aimed to solve. As a result, six new inventions were created, and we filed patents for them, five of which were granted. [Challenge] ■ We attempted to file a patent for a new structure, but the same invention had already been patented in Japan by a German manufacturer. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
