When the system voltage drops, the battery storage system outputs reactive power. When the system voltage rises, the battery storage system absorbs reactive power. Black Start In the event of a large-scale power outage in the system, the battery storage system performs a black start based on the system's command, establishing AC voltage and frequency to supply power to critical loads and auxiliary power for conventional power plants, assisting in the early recovery of the system. Wholesale Electricity Market The electricity market price in the wholesale electricity market fluctuates by time of day, generally being higher in the evening and morning, and lower at night.
