We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the commercial robot vacuum cleaner 'RULO Pro' at the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Niigata. Due to an increase in the number of guests visiting the hotel, there arose a necessity to increase the frequency of cleaning, and it was also necessary to shift cleaning operations to nighttime, raising concerns about increased cleaning costs (labor expenses). After the introduction, the increase in costs was kept in check, allowing for high-quality cleaning to continue without significant additional costs. The introduction of the robot also reduced the workload and had the effect of lowering maintenance costs related to cleaning.
