Reduction of man-hours, cost reduction, and shortening of lead time! Introduction of electronic case studies.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of DD-CONNECT in our telecommunications construction department. The construction department primarily engages in telecommunications work, with about 90% of projects being short-term. This has led to challenges such as the concentration of order requests, the labor involved in sending and collecting documents, and the organization of files. In paper-based operations, various costs and labor, including printing, stamping, mailing, management, and stamp duty, were incurred. However, by digitizing these processes, these costs became unnecessary. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues - Printing and mailing of order documents - Stamping of order documents - Obtaining and verifying completion reports - Business flow based on the assumption of being present in the office ■ Results - Not only was initial telework support achieved, but we also successfully benefited from significant secondary effects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
