Ideal for heating food Most of the infrared wavelengths emitted from the heated ceramic plate are between 2-4μm. This wavelength range has the highest thermal energy and is particularly easily absorbed by water, making it perfect for heating, drying, and cooking food. 2. Flexible installation orientation The heating direction can be upward, downward, or sideways, with no restrictions on installation orientation. It can be used according to the desired direction for browning. 3. Excellent installation characteristics Due to its lightweight and compact casing, installation is easy. It can be operated simply by connecting LNG (13A/City gas) or LPG (propane gas). 4.
