We specialize in aluminum profile processing and can handle processing with supplied materials regardless of the extrusion manufacturer. Material storage is conducted indoors, ensuring thorough quality control. Our production equipment includes machining for long materials capable of hole processing, milling, and cutting with saw blades, as well as ultra-large cutting machines. We have four general 3-axis long material processing machines with a capacity of 6,000mm and one 5-axis processing machine also with a capacity of 6,000mm. For inspecting large processed products, we have introduced a Keyence wide-area 3D measuring instrument. We are equipped with eight types of cutting machines, allowing us to select the appropriate machine based on the shape and cutting dimensions of the profiles. The largest saw blade size is Φ760, enabling us to handle large profiles. We also offer joining methods such as TIG welding, fiber laser welding, and friction stir welding. Our company has a wealth of processing experience in various applications, including Shinkansen (bullet train) components, subway and truck parts, building sashes and louvers, office building materials, heat sinks for storage batteries, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and original furniture.
