We would like to introduce a case study on the efficiency improvement of the return process using sorters at apparel company P. The company faced challenges in streamlining the complicated return process from sales events, where returned items were sorted by color, size, and item number manually, and data was recorded by hand. To address this, they introduced the piece sorter used for shipping into the return processing as well.
