Is it really okay to enter the automated machine for maintenance and condition checks? Risk assessment with system implementation!
We would like to introduce a case study using the Safety Laser System "LBK200" and the AI Camera Image Recognition System "KAG" to solve problems. Accidents have occurred in manufacturing sites, such as when a machine was operating without stopping and an intrusion led to an accident. After entering the machine for maintenance or condition checks, the machine suddenly started operating, resulting in an accident. Such anticipated accidents are happening in manufacturing environments. After the introduction of our products, we can detect when an operator is in a dangerous area, preventing the machine from restarting, and since they can be installed both indoors and outdoors, risk assessment becomes possible. 【Features】 ■ Can be mounted on forklifts, self-propelled transporters, heavy machinery, and gantry cranes ■ Resistant to environmental impacts such as smoke and dust, and strong against vibrations ■ AI detects people from various approaches including skeleton, outline, and movement ■ Equipped with AI that has undergone deep learning with millions of data points *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
