The "AC-100" is a digital automatic acoustic inspection device primarily designed for inspecting bearing production lines. It abandons the conventional acoustic inspection method used in general anechoic chambers and directly captures the sound generated by the inspection target (product) as mechanical vibration acoustics through transducers. Signal processing, such as frequency analysis, is performed for each cause of occurrence, allowing for automatic quality judgment.
