We would like to introduce a case study of the logistics system implemented at Sanko Industry Co., Ltd. in the Higashi-Osaka Logistics Center. At the company, even after picking was completed on each floor, containers could not be transported to the consolidation floor, leading to a backlog of waiting containers on each floor.
