The "FTNi" is a high-performance flight-type dishwasher that excels in energy efficiency, hygiene, and labor-saving capabilities, accommodating various types of dishware. It utilizes cold water to recover steam heat within the dishwasher and reuses that thermal energy to heat the rinse water. This allows for a reduction in the consumption of electricity, gas, and steam used for heating.
