Reduction of over 30% in man-hours before application! A case where the effects of Kaizen can be easily understood at a glance.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Signalook" at our factory. Using this product, we conducted an analysis of the operational status of the equipment. We analyzed the potential causes of stoppage based on the signal's lighting status (especially red). We extracted issues from the stoppage causes and examined improvement measures. From the results of the examination of improvement measures, we focused on tasks that required significant man-hours and proposed improvement plans. By implementing these improvement plans, we achieved a reduction of over 30% in man-hours compared to before application.
