The "AES-FP Series" is a monitor capable of continuously monitoring particles of 0.3μm (or 0.5μm) and larger in environments that require cleanliness management, such as clean rooms, clean booths, semiconductor, film, and food manufacturing processes, printing processes, and hospital facilities. It supports the visualization of airborne particles with class values and is also useful for HACCP management. The sensor unit is compactly designed for integration into production equipment, making it suitable for installation in narrow spaces. Additionally, the product allows for the separation and attachment of the sensor unit.
