An excellent system that can automatically capture, synthesize, and detect changes! It reduces the burden of high-altitude work and enables safe and secure inspections of structures.
The digital camera structural inspection system "AutoCIMA" automatically captures ultra-high-definition images using a digital camera, targeting concrete surfaces such as the underside of bridges and bridge piers, and performs automatic crack detection from those images. As an alternative to the close visual inspection conducted by inspection engineers every five years as stipulated by regulations, the use of high-resolution camera inspection support technology (AutoCIMA) allows for enhanced sophistication and efficiency. **Features** - **Automatic Shooting**: It can automatically capture images of concrete surfaces. The images taken by the high-resolution camera have a resolution of 0.5mm/pixel. Additionally, it can capture images from a distance of up to approximately 70 meters. - **Automatic Image Stitching**: On-site, a simple automatic stitching of the captured images (about 1 minute) can be performed to confirm that there are no missed shots. The captured images can be automatically stitched together into one large panoramic image. - **Automatic Crack Detection**: For the detailed stitched images, it can automatically detect deformations such as cracks, exposed rebar, spalling, and efflorescence.
