We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the commercial robot vacuum cleaner 'RULO Pro' at the Ootomo Elderly Welfare Center. The shortage of staff due to the retirement of temporary cleaning staff has become a challenge, and vacuuming requires a physically demanding posture to cover a large area, which has been a serious issue for the legs and back. After the introduction, the area covered by vacuuming in a bent posture has significantly decreased, reducing the burden on the legs and back, and there has been a decrease in staff consulting about physical discomfort.
