Equipped with a key lock function using a padlock (sold separately). This model is oil-free and complies with the RoHS directive (10 substances). It allows for reliable locking in both fully open and fully closed states, preventing accidents caused by unintended contact with the handle or vibrations, and is effective in preventing equipment and piping failures as well as enhancing safety measures. Parts are degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, and after drying, they are assembled without using any grease or oil by hand, and shipped in individual packaging. Additionally, due to the full bore equivalent specification where the inner diameter of the connecting piping is almost the same as the valve bore diameter, fluid resistance is low when fully open, and pressure loss is minimized. Moreover, there are numerous achievements in custom-made (specification changes) products based on this model.
