In the water jet cutting of thick resin boards, there are two specific issues: water flow delay and taper. However, with Flow's dynamic water jet, high-speed and high-precision taper-free cutting is possible, eliminating heat generation during processing and preventing chips from softening or thermally deforming. The 40mm thick board is processed almost vertically, cutting approximately 20 parts of four types of segmented arcs and fan shapes from a 1000mm x 2000mm board, reducing the conventional machining waste rate from about 50% to below 10%.
