Warning for forgetting to hook the harness during high-altitude work! "Harness Alert"

We will reduce fall accidents at high-altitude work sites caused by forgetting to hook safety belts.

**[Amendment to the Labor Safety and Health Act]** In January 2022, there was a legal amendment regarding fall prevention equipment, and interest in ensuring safety in high-altitude work has increased. The Harness Alert detects when the safety harness hook is not detached from the hook holder and notifies users with an alarm (alert). It encourages high-altitude workers to use safety harnesses properly. *It can be easily attached to commercially available safety harnesses as an "add-on"!* **■ System Overview** 1. Set up the "Area Setting Device" at the high-altitude work site. The Area Setting Device can be selected from three types: Spot, Rope, and Wide, depending on the application. (For details, please refer to the basic information section.) 2. Workers will wear the "IC Tag-equipped Hook Holder" and "Hook Magnet." 3. Detect whether the "safety harness hook is being used" within the area. If the safety harness hook is not in use, an alarm (alert) will be issued. **■ Applicable Sites** General high-altitude work sites (bridge construction, residential construction sites, rooftop work)
