Reduction in odor sensor measurements and odor intensity/pleasantness! A case of improving the environment inside a tunnel.
This case study introduces the reduction of unpleasant odors generated during the dismantling process using gas welding equipment, achieved through the spraying of the deodorant "Mushugen Y250-SQ," aimed at improving the environment inside the tunnel. The unpleasant odors that arose after the dismantling work of the shield machine had deteriorated the working environment within the tunnel. The deodorant "Mushugen Y250-SQ" was diluted to 2,000 times and sprayed at a rate of 276 ml/min using one mist fan. For areas with particularly strong odors, the spraying rate was increased by using two mist fans.
