For events and seminars! QR code and smartphone usage, a contactless check-in system. Comprehensive support from registration to entry and exit management on the day.
The "Entry Box Gate Option" is a practical visitor management system designed for events and seminars that can respond quickly, no matter how many attendees there are. The only operation performed by staff at the reception is scanning a QR code with a dedicated iPhone. This minimizes operational errors, and staff can learn it quickly. Additionally, we can customize the system to meet your company's specific requests, such as integration with external tools and the development of unique features. Since the system is developed entirely in-house, we can respond flexibly. Company information
Our company offers a variety of services by combining menus such as web production, creative work, customer support, and the construction and operation of databases. Our strength lies in the fact that we carry out these tasks with an extremely close proximity. The websites designed and produced in-house are managed by an operations team just 10 meters away, who respond to users accessing the site via phone and email. We value the sense of urgency and speed that arises from such an environment as we conduct our business.
