"DL04 Clear" is a one-component water-based paint made with acrylic resin, designed with environmental considerations in mind. It is easy to handle and has excellent anti-fogging properties. As a water-based paint, it is not subject to VOC (volatile organic compounds) regulations under the Air Pollution Control Act. Even when breath is directed at the coated surface, it does not fog, and when items left in a refrigerator are taken out into high humidity, they hardly fog at all.
