Distinguishing different varieties with a CIS camera that captures all workpieces on the conveyor at a constant angle. Miniaturization of the device has also been achieved.
The "Shape Checker KSC-300" (formerly known as the Parts Finder KPF-300) is a variety identification device equipped with three functions: matching, distance and diameter measurement, and color discrimination. By using a CIS camera, it captures distortion-free images regardless of the position of the workpiece on the conveyor, making it easy to distinguish different varieties. The working distance (WD) of 50mm also allows for miniaturization of the device. 【Specifications (excerpt)】 Reading Width: 300mm Operating Distance (WD): 50mm Color Method: RGB 3-line Resolution: 600dpi Pixel Pitch: 42.3μm *For more details about the product, please refer to the documentation.
