● This is a digital hardness tester for micro-porous materials made of rubber and plastic shoes. ● It employs an LVDT displacement sensor and operates accurately even in harsh environments with 90% RH humidity. ● The organic EL screen clearly displays the operation menu and hardness values. ● Automatic zero-point calibration. ● There are three modes: real-time, peak value lock, and timing time lock, which can accommodate various tests. The lock mode ensures reading accuracy and reduces human reading errors. In peak value lock mode, the device can automatically lock the peak hardness value. In timing lock mode, the user can set the duration of the timing from 1 to 60 seconds. ● Stores an average lock value of 200. ● Capable of continuous operation for over 24 hours. ● Equipped with an automatic shutdown function (adjustable). ● There is a workbench available (optional) to enhance stability during testing.
