We would like to introduce a case where we provided "mailroom services" to the Japan Management Association Management Center (JMAM), which develops human resource development support projects and sells notebooks, calendars, and books. At the company, the mailroom function was handled by staff from the "mailroom" and various departments, but this structure faced challenges such as being burdened with tasks that were not part of their core business, leading to a decision to outsource to our company. Our mailroom service functions as an "in-house service counter," taking on the cumbersome tasks for the employees.
