The "Super Nexus" is a large circulation far-infrared dryer that enables energy-saving and economical eco-drying. Since the far-infrared directly heats the rice grains, drying efficiency is improved, allowing for a 15% reduction in kerosene consumption. Additionally, by shortening drying time and reducing required power, energy consumption can be decreased by 20% (compared to our conventional machines and DAN). Furthermore, the "zigzag multi-tube mechanism" arranged across the entire surface ideally circulates and mixes the grains, preventing uneven drying, splitting, and over-drying.
