"NTW-Nut One Touch" is a height detection device that allows for one-touch setting of the up and down positions of the cylinder stroke axis of a spot welding machine. It detects defective products with height differences that differ from the settings during operation before welding (energizing) and alerts with a buzzer and lamp. Additionally, it prevents the assembly of other parts to the product being worked on or welding of incorrect nuts.
