"Astaloy CrS" is a low-Cr fully alloy powder that meets sustainability requirements. This product is an atomized low-Cr fully alloy powder made from iron scrap, and when sintered in a hydrogen/nitrogen atmosphere, it exhibits mechanical properties equivalent to those of Fe-Cu-C materials. Additionally, due to the absence of Cu, it is expected to have high dimensional stability and improved yield. Astaloy CrS is a material with low CO2 emissions. Heganes aims to achieve virtually zero CO2 emissions from Astaloy CrS by 2037, contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions in future sintered parts manufacturing!
