[Logistics Case] Kyoto City Hall

We would like to introduce a case where we achieved a swift and safe relocation operation under the full cooperation of the client side.

We have been entrusted with the relocation services for the year 2019, which arise from a large-scale project to construct a new branch office for the Kyoto City Hall. This involves the relocation of offices between buildings and from nearby buildings where city employees are dispersed. Thanks to smooth preliminary meetings with various departments of the city hall (various coordination tasks), we were able to shorten the timeline from planning to execution, despite the project's large scale.
