Our company operates a consolidated logistics center for Kasumi in the North Kanto area. This facility primarily handles processed foods at room temperature and faced the challenge of increasing product inventory levels due to forecasted orders, leading to a shortage of storage space. As a result of a series of improvement activities, the productivity of operations from receiving to shipping at the center increased by approximately 47%. We successfully reduced product inventory levels by about 57%.
