The insulation material features a unique two-layer structure! It is a refrigerant-coated copper pipe that meets the flame retardant performance standards set by the Japan Copper Center.
The "TD" is a coated copper pipe that integrates liquid and gas pipes, allowing for a single operation, demonstrating its effectiveness in energy-saving construction and shortening construction time. Through seamless extrusion molding (2 to 6 minutes), it enhances the adhesion between the copper pipe and insulation material, improving condensation resistance. The copper pipe uses soft annealed "20m and 30m coils" treated by annealing. We offer insulation materials such as "TD-2320-8" with a thickness of 8mm + 8mm and "TD-2420" with 8mm + 10mm. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 ■ The insulation material uses a unique two-layer structure made of 30 times independent foam cross-linked polyethylene that withstands temperatures up to 120°C. ■ The surface film has undergone special embossing treatment. ■ It is resistant to scratches and does not produce unsightly wrinkles at bending points. ■ The flexible material allows for easy bending processing, significantly reducing work time. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
