Introducing a case that solved the problem of discarded sweet potatoes!
We would like to introduce a case where we sold and installed a 20-foot curing container for a farmer in Kodaira City, Tokyo. After curing the sweet potatoes harvested from the farm in our container, they are stored for a long time while maintaining a stable internal environment before shipping. Previously, the harvested sweet potatoes were stored in a barn at home, but temperature management was difficult, leading to a significant amount of waste. However, since the introduction of the curing container, these issues have been resolved. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - Storing harvested sweet potatoes in a barn at home - Difficulty in temperature management, resulting in a high rate of waste ■ Results - Problems were resolved *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
