Introducing an innovative cordless design that simultaneously achieves static elimination and dust removal anywhere with the ionizer gun!!
The IONATOR is a compact device that combines an ion generator, high-voltage electrodes, and an inert gas cylinder (N2), achieving complete cordless operation. By efficiently directing negative ions at the target using a battery-powered ionizer module and a small cartridge of high-purity nitrogen, it enables the decharging and dust removal of objects. It can be used in various locations, such as outdoors without pneumatic equipment, mobile workstations, and clean rooms, preventing and resolving issues caused by static electricity. The absence of wiring and piping constraints significantly contributes to risk management on production lines. In the event of a problem with existing pneumatic piping, having this product allows for the avoidance of production line stoppages, minimizing risks and providing peace of mind. The IONATOR generates negative ions, making it suitable for decharging and dust removal of materials that easily become positively charged, such as glass substrates and small parts or devices.
