[Partner Company Bag Case] Ingeniously Designed Header Bags

We will introduce a bag with a tape on the header part, which is different from ordinary header bags.♪

The header bags we are introducing this time are a bit different from the usual ones, designed to meet customer requests. The customer expressed a desire to "insert an original backing sheet after bagging, rather than inserting a core into the header during the bag-making process." Typically, a white or transparent header core is inserted to complete the header during the bag-making process (see Photo 1). However, this time, instead of using the usual header core, we created a flap that allows the original backing sheet to be inserted during the product packing process, and by adding tape, we finished the bag in a way that allows for the insertion of the backing sheet (see Photo 2). Photo 3 shows the bag after the backing sheet has been inserted. Since it has tape, there is no worry about the backing sheet falling out. As this is a post-bagging process, you can insert any type of backing sheet you prefer. Additionally, we made sure to properly inquire about the backing sheet size in advance and held discussions to ensure there were no discrepancies in size or hole placement. The customer was very pleased with the result.
