"AQUA-MATE Plus (J)" is a plastic grout material used to fill voids that occur behind tunnel linings and similar structures. Basically, it is pumped in equal amounts of two components to the filling location, using a mixing pipe (Y-shaped pipe + blender) for mixing and filling.
