Super Promotion Weather Resistance Test Use [Hydrogen Peroxide Spray Unit]
No. 1045 Hybrid Exposure System (HE System)
Achieves a promotion factor of over 100 times due to the photocatalytic action of titanium dioxide contained in the coating film.
This is an ultra-accelerated weathering test system developed by Toyoda Central Research Institute based on high-speed weather resistance testing technology, commercialized by Toyo Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd. This system combines a xenon lamp as the light source for accelerated weather resistance testing (xenon weather meter) with the spraying of hydrogen peroxide, achieving a rate of acceleration more than 100 times that of outdoor exposure due to the photocatalytic action of titanium dioxide contained in the paint film.
