The ultra-lightweight carbon fiber material makes the installation, handling, and maintenance of the doctor blade chamber very easy. Asymmetric and symmetric profiles are available in different sizes depending on the anilox diameter. - Compact and high precision The BFT carbon chamber ON/OFF system is very compact yet robustly built, making it easy to install even on machines with limited space, such as label printing machines. - Blade Clamp 2Go mechanism The tightening of the doctor blade to the chamber is not done with conventional bolts, but rather with a locking system using a spring mechanism and tightening screws at both ends, allowing for quick and reliable blade changes even by inexperienced operators. - Touch 2Go contact pressure mechanism Equipped with an airbag system, the contact pressure adjustment mechanism maintains uniform contact pressure against the anilox over the entire surface at low pressure, reducing wear on the blade and side seals while also minimizing damage to the anilox surface, making it an excellent system.
