The 3D Virtual Audio Reality system "VAR" realizes virtual reality of sound as a three-dimensional sound system for acoustic research, auditory research, and VR visuals. This is the 8-channel cube speaker configuration version, which is the minimum setup. There are many case studies of its application, including audible simulation of hall sound fields, generation of high presence in car interior sound fields, and as a three-dimensional sound system for XR. Additionally, it can be expanded to several dozen channels of speaker arrays or high-performance binaural generation with the addition of hardware.
