[Cause Analysis] Measurement of Power Quality: "Unable to generate solar power / Low power generation"
Power quality measurement
Addressing cases where solar power generation is not possible or the output is low! Advice for troubleshooting is possible through measurement and analysis!
"Measurement of Power Quality" involves on-site measurements and field surveys of distributed power sources, including solar power generation, analyzing measurement values and waveform data, and providing advice for resolving issues. [Advice for Cases Where Solar Power Generation is Not Possible or the Generation Amount is Low] In such cases, various causes can be considered beyond issues with solar panels (such as cracked panels, burnt panels, snail trails, etc.). ■ Power quality issues ■ The most common trouble after installation: "malfunctions due to poor construction" ■ Review of PCS (Power Conditioner) settings, etc. With years of measurement technology, experience, and testing know-how related to solar power generation, we can provide solutions! <Features> - Targets cases where causes cannot be identified through tester measurements or insulation resistance measurements - Advice on issues such as PCS error stops or malfunctions of leakage circuit breakers - Guidance on how to address PCS error codes - Solutions for cases where solar power generation is not occurring For more details, please download the PDF and view the brochure. basic information
■Overview Our company, as a partner of the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, has accumulated measurement technology and testing know-how for distributed power sources, including solar power generation, over many years. Based on our experience in certification testing for solar power generation, we measure power quality at the site and provide advice aimed at estimating the causes of issues based on the measurement results. ■Measurement Items 1. AC Voltage - Instantaneous value, effective value, imbalance, harmonics (0 to 50th), total harmonic distortion rate 2. AC Current - Instantaneous value, effective value, balance of each phase, harmonics (0 to 50th), total harmonic distortion rate 3. Active Power (Generation Amount) 4. Reactive Power 5. Power Factor 6. DC Voltage 7. Transient waveforms at the time of abnormal shutdown cases We will conduct on-site measurements and provide advice aimed at estimating the causes of issues based on waveforms and numerical data.
