Our Turf Parking (grass protection material for parking lot greening) supports environmentally conscious urban development through the greening of parking lots! We have obtained international patents in Japan and the United States for our three-dimensional hybrid manufacturing method (extrusion molding). Using Katsulon's unique extrusion technology, we continuously create three-dimensional shapes in an endless manner. It has a load-bearing capacity of 150t/m2 and can be used as a grass protection material for green space measures in parking lots and rooftops, as well as for combating global warming. Additionally, it is manufactured using recycled materials and electricity derived from renewable energy. 【Other Features】 ■ It can withstand the weight of not only passenger cars but also buses and trucks, as well as the passage of golf carts, helping to preserve beautiful landscapes. ■ Each piece is a wide and long size of 600mm in width and 2500mm in length, allowing for smooth installation and easy cutting with a circular saw. ■ By utilizing it in places such as parking lots, roads, building rooftops, and fire lanes, it increases the greening rate, significantly mitigates glare, and alleviates the "heat island phenomenon." ■ The product design incorporates openings at the bottom (with an area ratio of about 50%) to facilitate the distribution of moisture and nutrients to the grass. ■ Sufficient strength is maintained even with openings. ■ It has excellent rainwater permeability, reducing the burden on sewage systems. ■ It is an "Eco Mark certified product" made from approximately 75% recycled materials (PP, PE). ■ By using the separately sold "hexagonal markers," it can be freely designed for various purposes such as parking space and numbering displays, signage for persons with disabilities, and helicopter landing pad markings, depending on creative ideas. *For more details, click here: https://www.katsulon.co.jp/turf-results/
