We conducted an inspection of the drainage pipes in a 29-year-old condominium, contributing to the review of costs for large-scale renovations!
The "Pipe-kun Series" is a product that sends a camera deep into the piping using various technologies, allowing for internal imaging and visualization of unknown pipelines through mapping functions. The customer who adopted this product is preparing for their second large-scale renovation and was considering areas for improvement. They had been advised to replace the drainage pipes, but since the renovation budget was not abundant, they wanted to keep it to a minimum. Therefore, they decided to utilize "Pipe-kun" to conduct a piping survey and assess the current situation. As a result, the condition of the piping was found to be very good. Consequently, it was determined that there was no need to replace the piping during this large-scale renovation, which significantly contributed to reducing renovation costs.
