Convert the pressure inside the container into an electrical signal using a pressure sensor, and measure and display the snow weight value!
"MN" is a snow weight gauge that automatically measures the weight of snow accumulated on a stainless steel plate on a water pillow. It is mainly used for predicting the weight of snow on roofs and, in combination with snow depth gauges, for predicting water volume in reservoirs and for research purposes. Additionally, there is the "SDM," a snow depth gauge that automatically measures snow depth, and the "SPC," a snow particle counting device used in blizzard research. 【Features】 ■ The measuring part is made of stainless steel, offering excellent weather resistance and durability. ■ The effective area of the sensing part is large, providing highly reliable measurement values. ■ The snow weight per unit area can be easily read directly. ■ Data is output in both analog and digital formats. ■ An optional snow presence sensor can identify the duration of snow accumulation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Our company was established as a spin-off from Niigata Electric in 2014. Aiming for the effective use of water resources and energy conservation in snow melting equipment, we are developing automatic detection control devices and automatic measurement systems related to snow, including the snowfall sensor "SnowCon." Based on the technology, know-how, and achievements cultivated by Niigata Electric, we will continue to actively engage in the development of new products, applied technology development, and joint research and development to contribute to a better society and a more livable snowy region.
