We would like to introduce a case of the "sewage heat utilization snow melting system" constructed at the Shinminato Ohashi Bridge in Imizu City, Toyama Prefecture. On the East-West Line of the Fukuki Toyama Port (Shinminato area) coastal road, we installed a non-water-spraying snow melting facility using a water-source heat pump, utilizing the sewage treated water (winter water temperature 16°C) from the nearby Jinzukawa Left Bank Purification Center as the heat source for the steel girder section (Shinminato Ohashi, length 370m).
