We would like to introduce a case study of Inoue Foods Co., Ltd., which has implemented our jet oven. We considered the possibility that small sardines could fall through the mesh of standard conveyor nets, so we changed the design and equipped it with a conveyor net with a mesh opening of 7mm. This product efficiently bakes food by jetting hot air from above and below the ingredients. As a result of the implementation, the baking time has been reduced to about half of the conventional time.
