We would like to introduce a case study of SHIMA, for which we assisted in kitchen design. As a temperature management system, sensors read the internal temperatures of refrigerators and other equipment, and data is accumulated in the cloud via wireless communication, starting with the "Kitchen Link Cloud." Additionally, a combi oven and a VarioDual pan have been introduced.
