In the case of glass, it does not affect the linear transmittance.

It is well known that copper ions have antibacterial properties, but recent research has revealed that copper ions can damage bacterial cell membranes and generate reactive oxygen species that harm DNA. They exhibit excellent efficacy against bacteria such as Salmonella, O157, and of course, drug-resistant bacteria like MRSA. They not only prevent bacterial growth but also reduce the odors emitted by bacteria. The secret to their long-lasting and high-performance effects lies in the fact that when sprayed onto a substrate, the active ingredients concentrate and form spheres as the moisture evaporates (dries).
