The company's fresh produce operations were conducted using a labor-intensive approach due to a lack of uniformity. Additionally, the size and quantity of products varied greatly depending on the harvest season, making it difficult to plan effectively. This also meant that workers needed many years of experience, which took time to develop. After the introduction of our product, it became easier to issue work instructions in a planned manner, resulting in a more uniform appearance of the final products.
