At a major SIer group company, there are multiple tasks that require data analysis, engineering, and data management skills, so it was necessary to build a foundation from the stage of new employees. Therefore, after conducting "foundational" training such as "AI/Cloud/IoT Basics" and "practical" training such as "Practical Machine Learning," we implemented a 1.5-month e-learning plus offline training program culminating in a "Comprehensive Exercise Results Presentation." As for the survey results, the average satisfaction score for the training (on a 5-point scale) was 4.88, and the average understanding score (on a 5-point scale) was 4.78.
