At Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd., we were considering a customized training program that would allow us to learn about planning PoC projects and developing AI models by working backwards from challenges faced by our company. We also introduced specialized courses in machine learning into our internal specialized technical education selection program to cultivate personnel who can lead DX projects in the actual field. As a result, after a "Pre-learning" session such as "Introduction to Python Machine Learning," we conducted a total of 6 months of e-learning plus offline training.
